Lima Beans Kurma

Ingredients

Lima bean(frozen or fresh) 1/2 cup
Dessicated Coconut  1/2 cup
Onion 1 small
Tomato 1 medium
Green Chillies 5-6 depending on heat preferred
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Fennel 1tsp
Cloves 3
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Cardamom 1 if preferred
Salt as per taste
Olive oil 4 tsps

Method

Heat a skillet and on low heat roast onion,chillies,fennel,ginger,garlic,coconut,tomatoes in 2 tsp oil.Cool and make a paste of all of them.Heat 2 tsp oil and fry curry leaves,cinnamon,cloves and cardamom then add lima beans and then the paste.Pour water for consistency preferred.Boil for 5 minutes and enjoy with rice or roti.
