1 Bunch Swiss Chard
4-5 Garlic Pods
1/4 cup onion chopped
2 tsps Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - optional
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds - optional
Wash the Chard well. Nicely chop them along with the stems. Heat oil in a skillet
and add red chillies and onions,garlic with salt. When the onions turn translucent add the chopped greens. Stir fry the greens on till half done. Enjoy!
