Black eyed Peas and Mixed Greens Stir Fry

1 cup Cooked Black Eyed Peas
1/2 cup chopped mixed greens
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 red dry chilli
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt as required
2 tsp oil


Heat oil in a skillet and add the onions, chillies and salt.  Stir till onions turn translucent add the cooked black eyed peas and the chopped mixed greens.  Garnish with coriander leaves.
