1 cup Bulgur Wheat
1 cup Mixed Veggies
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
4-5 hot green chilles/dry red chillies
1 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds,chillies,curry leaves,onions and salt.When onions turn translucent add mixed veggies and stir cook till the veggies are half cooked.Add bulgur wheat,2 cups water,coriander leaves,stir and cover cook for 10 mins till the bulgur wheat is cooked.Enjoy!
