Coconut stuffed Paratha

Make a dough by mixing 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour,1/4 cup sugar,water, a little salt and 2-3 tbsps oil.Cover and set it aside for half an hour.Take a ball of the dough,press it in dry flour roll out a bit then stuff a good amount of sweetened coconut,bring all the ends together and make a ball again press both sides with dry flour and roll out like parathas.Flip cook on both sides in a pan.When it cools a bit cut into 4 equal parts.
