What a terrific pulusu preparation. And I was very content eating sambar all this while until now. I have started to understand there is so much variety down south of India when it comes to lentils/daals. I am amazed at all these variations,I guess my stay in south of India was not long enough,no wonder I was not exposed to all these delicacies :( But I will start trying these one by one.
