Make a dough by mixing 2 cups Rice flour, 1/2 cup Urad Dal flour, Salt, 1 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds (powder it in a coffee grinder) , 2 tbsp oil by adding water a little by little. Heat a good amount of oil in a deep pan. Fill in the press with the dough and press it in a circular motion so the mix falls in the oil in strings. Flip cook on both the sides.When the bubbles in the oil subside take the murukkus out of the oil and place it on a tissue.When cooled store it in a airtight container.
