Bondas

Soak half cup urad dal in water for about 3 hrs.Grind the urad dal with salt and very little water till it is smooth and fluffy.Mix coconut flakes,black pepper corns and whole cashews with the bonda batter.Scoop out small amount of the batter and deep fry it in hot oil till done.Enjoy hot with your favorite chutney or sambar.
