Apple Spinach Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start the day.You can get the days worth of serving all at once.Once you make them it is advisable to drink it immediately to reap the benefits of vitamins and nutrients.

Blend one chopped fuji apple or any sweet apple with a handful of baby spinach,milk and 2 tbsps of walnuts in a mixer/blender to a smoothie consistency.Drink immediately.

Pushpa,this is most definately the way I would like to jump start my day.What a power packed smoothie,also the two main ingredients are such a contrast,I think I want to give this one a try.Maybe I will add some kala namak/chaat masala or may be sweeten it a little :)
