Savory Toasts

Pin It Now!

Been a while since I made some toasts,so I made some savory toasts for breakfast.Had some milkshake to go with.Makes a great breakfast option to start the day.
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 slices oat walnut bread with sunflower, poppy seeds and sesame seeds
4 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
1/4 cup spring onions chopped
Salt
2 tbsp oil

Method
In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, cheese well to blend.Add onions and chillies and mix well.Dip the bread slices in the batter and fry cook it in a skillet adding oil.Enjoy with a nice drink and your fav hot sauce or ketchup.
