String Beans Fry

Pin It Now!

Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan add 1 tsp urad dal, mustard and cumin seeds when the mustard seeds splutters add chopped slightly steamed chopped string beans, salt and stir to blend well.  Add some water and cover cook till the beans are cooked to your desired consistency.  Add some shredded coconut and stir to blend well.  Enjoy!
