These sweet moong dal snacks can be served in a party or can be had as a snack whenever desired.Easy to make and also has a lot of protein.Can be refrigerated and stays good for a while.
1 cup cooked green moong dal
1 cup sweetened coconut
1 tbsp cardamom powder
1-1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Mash the moong dal add brown sugar,cardamom powder,coconut and mix to blend well.Scoop out some of the mix and make small spheres and roll it in sweetened coconut.Refregirate and have it as a snack.
Note:If the mix is watery heat it in a bowl with some oil/butter and keep stirring till you get a firm consistency.
