1 cup chicken cut in small cubes - I used frozen grilled chicken strips
3/4th cup frozen corn
1 bunch spring onion chopped with the roots taken off
Black pepper powder as per taste-freshly ground
1 cup cooked rice
3-4 tbsp oil
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan add white part of the spring onions then add chicken and salt when the chicken is fully cooked add corn then stir cook for a few minutes on high heat add the rest of the spring onions stir add black pepper powder stir then add cooked rice and stir to blend well.Enjoy hot.
