Pineapple Kesari

Ingredients
1/2 cup Farina
1/2-3/4 cup Sugar(+/- per taste)
3/4 cup crushed sweet pineapple
1/4 cup Oil/Ghee
1 3/4 cups water
7 Green Cardamoms(crush the seeds)
Cashews a Fistful

Method
In a wide open vessel roast the farina for about 3 mins on medium heat making sure not to burn them.Meanwhile bring water to a boil and add it to the farina and stir cook to make sure there are no lumps.When the farina is cooked add crushed pineapple,oil and stir to blend well.Add sugar,crushed cardamom seeds and continue mixing to blend well.Roast cashews in 1 tbsp oil and add the cashews to the kesari.
Note:Yellow food coloring can be added if preferred to get the sweet to look yellow.
